 Chelsea helped us in our recent sale and purchase. She was wonderful to deal with and really helped us navigate the process of buying a new construction home. She made herself available to answer our questions and show us properties that we were interested in even during her busiest times and we really appreciated that! In 2015 / 2016 I had the pleasure of conducting business with Chelsea Mann. She sold my family home and found us our dream farm, every step of the process was explained and well organized. I found her highly professional, yet personable at the same time. She took the time to find out what it was we were really looking for, and was always on top of new listings! Chelsea made it extremely easy to contact her; telephone, email and text message. I felt from the beginning that she had our best interests at heart! If I ever buy and/or sell again she will be my first call!

Open & Honest Communication

We originally called Chelsea when we were interested in selling out home in July 2017. We knew we had to do some updates before listing and wanted her opinion. Chelsea came in and walked through every room of the house with us. She gave us a clear idea what would put the house in the best selling shape, and see the most return on our investment. Fast forward to when we were ready to sell – she thought of everything. She brought in a professional photographer, helped us to stage the house, and walked us through the entire selling process. Once the house was listed we dealt with a collapsed offer and then with multiple offers! Chelsea walked us through every detail and made sure we were informed every step of the way. She took a stressful situation, and turned it into a walk in the park with her clear, open and honest communication style! I would highly recommend Chelsea.

You were available to show several houses and had valuable knowledge about each. You did a lot of promoting of our property, including several newspaper ads and multiple open houses. You were very accommodating, professional and easy to get along with. You worked very hard and we appreciated it!

The number of open houses & the advertising of our property was great, we were very happy with how many people came through. Also appreciated Chelsea's patience in helping us find a home. We also we're so thankful for the wonderful gift of having our new home cleaned. Can't really say that you could have done anything better!
